How Our Consignment Process Works

  • What items can I consign?

    We accept gently used fashion including clothing, shoes, and accessories that are clean, in good condition, and current in style. Items with visible damage or excessive wear are not eligible.

  • How do I submit my items for consignment?

    Bring your selected items to our store during consignment hours. Our team will review each piece, tag it, and add it to our inventory for sale on your behalf.

  • When will I get paid for sold items?

    Payments are issued monthly for items sold in the previous period. You can track your sales and earnings through your consignor account online.

  • What percentage do consignors earn?

    Consignors receive 60% of the final sale price. This split supports store operations and marketing to maximize item visibility.

  • How long do items stay on consignment?

    Items remain available for sale up to 90 days. Unsold items can be reclaimed, donated, or discounted at the consignor’s request.
